Healing Practices and Being Present

Content I found interesting:

This video about the Backwards Law.

About how, in certain aspects of life, the harder you try, the less likely you are to succeed.

Thoughts and realizations:

Everyone should find their own healing practice.

Currently, mine is meditation.

But maybe, deep meditation is not the right tool for everyone starting on their healing journey.

Some people are too involved in the dramas of their life, too traumatized or too out centered to engage in deep healing.

For these people, going deep into a meditation practice will probably be overwhelming.

Meditation destroys lies

If you have been living in one

Every part of you will shake

And your current self will crumble

Don’t get me wrong, I have no doubt that many hours, or days, of meditation will help anyone.

Even though they suffer when starting this kind of deep healing, the benefits will be immeasurable.

But, what’s the use of it, if, with this big contrast, they get scared of going within, of searching for the truth?

Maybe they need something more subtle to start the process, something that is easy to implement into their daily lives, and if they become aware of the great results of healing, they will certainly find ways to go deeper.

So, start with what you find challenging but still comfortable, and move this way.

You will know when you are ready for a big contrast.

___

You are constantly thinking about something great

Something you really want to happen

But

When that something great arrives

Instead of being fully present

You will be thinking about something else

Because that is the pattern you trained your mind to follow

Be here, now

So when that moment arrives

You can be there, then

___

If it was easy

It would not be for you

___

The ego is at work whenever you look down on someone.
